[NFB-Braille-Discussion] a question for anyone using the NLS braille Ereader.

I had similar password issues logging into my Wifi and reported them to NLS and was advised after checking several possibilities to factory reset which solved the problem. Since this is a pilot I would encourage the user to report the issue to the pilot contact, and get help with this.
