Hi Trish,
That is why we have Operation Outreach. To try and open the eye and ears 
of the people of the NFB and other interested people to let them know 
that they have Deaf-Blind who want accommodations at Conventions as well 
as the force of the Federation to help us change legislation concerning 
the Deaf-Blind.
