Hi Scott,
The secretary Janice, has a list of paid members. And if it was board
meeting they would not send the message out to members. Some members are not
on this list because they choose not to be. But even if you have not paid
a $5.00 membership fee you could still ask if you could be on the call.
When and if you go to the convention and attend the seminar you pay $5.00 for
the seminar. I don';t think that you have to pay once for membership and
once for the seminar. I believe they charged $5.00 for the SSP workshop.
If I am wrong will someone please correct me. Anyone who wishes to listen
in on the call can.
Also they have a web site but I am not sure if anyone is putting any new
information on it. I just haven't taken time to go look at it.
If you have any questions I will be glad to email our presidents email.
Sincerely,
Cheri Fields

Is this call an invite only call? Like for board members or something?
Or is it for the devision as a whole? If it's for the devision as a
whole, it would make sense to distribute this information to the list
as to when the call is and so forth. No point in having a separate
mailing list to add people to when we already have a perfectly good
and functioning one here...
Just my thoughts,
Scott
