[Nfb-greeley] Snow day

Morning everyone,
Due to the blowing snow and continuation of such throughout the day, I am going to stay put today.
Here is my food safety report:
We are able to make the candy bars and sell them at our Vision Faire, and to our friends and family.
HOWEVER,
The Weld County Food Inspector and Health Department have given us guidelines that need to be followed.
I can go over them at our next meeting or when and if we decide to make the candy bars.
I thank all of you for the opportunity to further my education regarding food safety, and to pass along the information I learned.
