Hi.
I wanted to give you an update.
As we discussed at the meeting, we would like to put on a luncion in the 
spring.
Been doing some calling around. Lots of places are book in may and april 
26th is not looking promising.
the fees were outragious.
they went from 150.00 to 1000 plus  a deposit of 100 to 350 dollars.
after getting a run around and quoted those fees and leaving messages.
I called the greeley visetors bureau.
She is sending me a huge and detailed list of places.
This list will include information, such as room sizes, and if you can bring 
food in or not, and charge or no charge.
 she also informed me that the bureau can help us in many ways.  If that is 
the case, and it works out.  May be I will be up for discussing having the 
state convention in greeley again.  Maybe!
will have a report at the meeting and will keep you all posted.
