I have participated in this since we started it in 2017. This North America
QSO Party runs from 1800Z on Saturday to 0600Z Sunday. You work North
American stations (no more than once per band). The score multiplier is the
sum of states or countries worked on each band. Stations are limited to 100
watts output. You give your name and your state to the other station. Many
ops use nicknames, so we are all calling ourselves Braille for this
activity.
This activity is on CW, but there will be an SSB version two weeks later.

At this writing, 6 operators have signed up. This means there will be two
teams, which we have previously done 2 or 3 times.
Since each team can have up to five members, there is room for at least 4
more operators for the two existing teams.

You do not have to be a CW speed demon in order to participate. In this
contest in particular, operators are good about matching your sending speed.
So, if you want some good CW operating practice, the NAQp CW contest is a
good opportunity. This, of course, is true whether or not you are
participating on a team.

The only obvious requirement is that you have the capability of operating on
at least one HF band. The busiest bands will be 40 and 20 meters, but 15
meters should see some daytime activity, along with 80 meters after dark.
Ten meters is still hit and miss at this time.

So if you want to be on a Braille team, just let me know by 7 PM eastern
time on Friday. I will be registering the teams shortly after that time.
