Why not write Dr. Maurer and ask him directly? While Ed is a member of HQ staff, he might or might not know the rationale for inclusion or exclusion of particular documents from being displayed on the NFB web site.

The recordings are not of the quality to be put up on the national website.  As for the other two Jernigan speeches, the quality wasn't good enough.
