The ICBVI Search Committee would appreciate your feedback about the
candidates following the open meetings. Below (in text) and attached (in
Word and text formats) are forms that can be submitted with your comments.
There also will be large-print forms available on site (as well as Braille
forms at the ICBVI Boise facility). Feedback can be submitted until midnight
Tuesday December 1st via hard copy to Candy Harris (ICBVI), email to
icbviadm at icbvi.idaho.gov, or phone to Britt Raubenheimer at 208-255-8879.
