[NFB-Idaho] convention arrival times

Dana, 

I will arrive in Vegas sometime midday on July 6 and leave I think July 13.
I have made arrangements to have a wheelchair available. Jud will be pushing
it for me. I think it would be best for me to work in the lobby, because is
may be less crowded for a wheelchair. 

You should also look for a note from Brenda. I don't know if Ax is willing
to volunteer time. I do know that Brenda plans to have Zane in NFB camp part
of the time. She also says they will probably spend one day away from the
hotel. I believe they are arriving on July 6, and have arranged to use a
condo where they are members.

If you are attending the national convention and know your date and time of
arrival, please email it to me. We are beginning to get people signed up for
working the lobby information table and the affiliate hospitality room. I
have information for Ramona, Larry and Sue, Mai and Sandy. I want to bew
able to give Mary Symms a list because she is the coordinator of scheduling.
