the flowers blooming, I love the sun, Al fresco dining, lemons,
strawberries, lots of fresh spring vegetables and slightly open-toe

APRIL EMAIL COOKING AND BAKING CHALLENGE

April 1, 2023 through April 30, 2023

It’s impossible for us to spend time gathering around the kitchen counter,
catching up on what’s going on in our worlds and cooking a meal together.
Wouldn’t that be sheer awesomeness? Well, you can sort of do it.

Wouldn’t you like to cook together?  You prepare the selected dish in your
own kitchen. On your own time. You can ask as many questions as you wish!
The exciting part, is knowing we’re cooking the same dish during the same
month. That’s yummy-fantastic!

This monthly challenge is another way to stay connected with your friends
in the kitchen while cooking together!

How to know - Take the guesswork out of doneness: meats, casseroles and
leftovers and invest in a quality kitchen talking thermometer to make sure
recipes are cooked to perfection.

Prevent Bowls from Slipping

Need an extra hand? A damp dish towel under your mixing bowl will keep it
from slipping and sliding on your counter as you mix.
