Now that autumn is officially here, we are settling into everything that
autumn has to offer. There’s so much more to autumn than pumpkin: Apples,
Maple, Hazelnuts, Pears, Ginger, Chai, Cranberries…and more!

In our new cooking series, we’re hitting the books: Eat Your Books. Cookbooks,
that is. Cooking from some of my most tested, beloved, and fabulous
cookbook recipes.


This session we’ll be BAKING!

Using fresh fall orchard apples, a basic rustic dough and warming spices.
It’s something super cozy, easy, super scrumptious, and versatile. Goes
from breakfast, brunch or dessert. No fancy ingredients or equipment.
Rustic yumminess! We’ll share lots of fall tips, ideas and of course, I’ll
share a few ideas about the beloved pumpkin!

Join us this season as we celebrate Autumn Cooking Series - Eat Your Books! All
levels of cooking are welcome.
