[Nfb-krafters-korner] I did it again...

If I wanted to find a blind child I think I would contact a school for the
blind and ask a social worker at that school. The school would know which
child could use a little extra love and support in his or her life.

Linda; I would like to do something like this, too. How do you find a
reliable agency. I need to pay some bills first, but would be interested in
the future. I would love to find a blind child and be able to write her in
braille. How do you know all you are giving is truly going to the needs of
the child. There is so much dishonesty in this world.

What a great story, thanks. I have "adopted" a little girl who is
handicapped and have a lovely hat and scarf ready to ship out to her, along
with a check to help with her enormous expenses. I do not know this child at
all, but know of her story and I have asked all my Face Book friends to help
out this family as well, if they can. We can all do something to help
someone this week, as a way of saying "thank you" for Thanksgiving Day for
our many blessings. Lynda River Woman
