[Nfb-krafters-korner] Tunisian crochet?

I found a dishcloth pattern online with cro hooking I am still confused on 
the idea of when to use what hook....lol....and I am assuming it is one hook 
not two...am I correct? I know there are two hooks on the needle, but I mean 
do you use two needles or one? I always see them in a set and I am wondering 
if that is why I am confused.
