[Nfb-krafters-korner] Lettering Plastic Canvas (was Re: FQ - NFB Krafters Korner's Friday's Questionof the Week for 11/26/10)

What stitch do use for the letters? Are you going to go back over and refill the background once you have the letters done? Just curious as I've been considering doing some lettered canvas stuff myself.
