[Nfb-krafters-korner] tool for making cord type thingy

How do you wrap them though?  Think I've heard of them when I lived in
Petersburg; I was always curious, but never learned how to do it.
For those interested in cord-making, kumihimo, the class I'll be
teaching, produces cord of just about any thickness you want.
