I saw this idea on Pintrest and wanted to share it with everyone. For a BBQ grill with charcoal: take an old cardboard egg carton, place one briquette of coal from a bag of ready soaked charcoal and place one in each empty space. Close lid, light outside edge of cardboard! Easy to transport and ready to grab and use. Cindy Z.
