Hello Deasy and welcome to the group, I'm Barb, 53 also have RP and still
have some usable vision. I was not doing any crafts before loosing what
vision I have and joining this group has taught me I can do anything I want.
Actually loosing my vision has allowed me to expand my horizons. Thus far I
have learned to loom knit, do some beading and plastic canvas, little bit of
clay work, I can now even crochet a chain. I also garden, have made some
stepping stones and even made some concrete cannon balls for hubby's cannon,
lol.
Main thing is to keep an open mind and be open to learning new things,
blindness does not need to stop us from doing things we want to do.
