Miranda,
I also use a similar method to grab emails, however, once in a while, it
only shows a name for the person instead of the actual email address. Have
you had any luck with getting the email in this instance? I do not know if
it has to do with the fact that I am using Outlook 2002 instead of a more
recent version or not. It only happens about 1-5% of the time (I'm allowing
up to 5% because it may also happen on emails that I am not actively trying
to retrieve the email address).
