Thanks, Kathy F., for the suggestion. I plan to take you up on that one. I usually use a speaker phone on mute for listening. When I want to talk I have to unmute and take the phone off speaker. After all that I try to tuck it between my ear and shoulder. A head set certainly sounds easier and more comfortable. Shelbi
