They do not have the groove across the top of the pegs.

You can also purchase extra pegs to have on hand just in case your dog chews
them, you knock one out and lose it.  The pegs are not only stuck in the
base, but they are glued, too.

They do have 3/4" spacing-Knifty Knitter looms use bulky yarn no. 5 or 6
They have some 5/8" spacing pegs -not many of them
1/2" spacing to use worstered weight yarn
3/8" spacing - smaller pegs you can use worstered weight or DK weight yarn
 1/4" spacing sock yarn, lace
