To clarified a little better:

When you sign up for a class, you are suppose to get an email back to
yourself confirming you signed.  At the same time an email is suppose to be
generated and sent to a mailbox that I am using.  I copy & paste what it has
[name, email, phone number] & place that into a dox file under  your Class
name, date, teacher and create the class list.  I am the one who makes the
class lists from the emails.  When it passes the sign up date, Icopy the
class and assign a phone number to the class, put it in an email and send
that to the teacher.  With email cvlassess I get the emails, create the
class list and email it to the teacher & David to create the email list for
the class.

For some reason it seems to be only with a few  people that I am not getting
the email that is suppose to be generated and sent to the special email
addresses.

Karen's has seemed to clear up , but the teachers do not get the class list
a few days before the classes begin.  When they receive the class list they
are suppose to send an email out to their students [phone classes] with the
class phone number.

Thanks to those who replied to my help on the computer list problem we are
having. I have not stopped nor forgotten about this problem. Until we can
clear this matter I would suggest for students that have signed up for a
class, if you want to make certain you are in the class, to send a short
message to the teacher of the class after your register. Presently we have
one and only one list going to Joyce, when you sign up. We are not certain
what is happening to your sign up after that but some are not going to the
teacher. IHave asked my students to send me a message they sign up so I may
keep the list also. I realize some have not received that message and have
slipped through. I am announcing on list when I start the class which is
more attention but still having problem. I really hope this matter clears up
soon as it is annoying.
