With those skills, you can make lots of things.  What do you want to make?  
I have some dishcloth patterns, but I don't know your tastes.
Or you can Google "free knit dish cloth pattern" and get tons of stuff, a lot of which will be in an accessible format.

This knitting newbie is ready to practice learning how to follow patterns. Can folks share simple patterns for scarves, dishclothes or lplacemats to me? I can cast on, knit, purl and bind off. Haven’t mastered weaving in ends yet.
Thanks for help! If you could recommend thickness and type of yarn for the amount etc that would be great! For example wool, medium and 5 skeins or thin acrlyic, 3  skeins/ounces etc. I haven’t learned how to switch from one color yet either..
