[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Charity Donation For July

Can you believe it July is already over and Ho! Ho! Ho! Christmas in August
is here. My elves have been very busy making, giving and sharing of their
time. In the month of July there was 72 hand crafted items and 36
miscellaneous items donated and 119 volunteer hours recorded. There was also
$10 donated in monetary funds. If you're wondering what some of the items
received this month were as follows crafted items it was cards and baby
blankets. The miscellaneous items were yarn, clothing and hair clips. The
volunteer hours were   website work, class preparation, and teaching,
participating in the NFB conference, handing out bag lunches and mentoring
blind children. 

All these items and peoples time was donated to 14 organizations. They were
Crafters Korner Kane-Brewer-Knox Scholarship Fund, Cards for Hospitalized
Kids, SURREY SERVICES FOR SENIORS IN MEDIA, First Baptist Church In Lincoln,
giving room at First Baptist Church, NFB convention, Leisure World, Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Maryland, Low Vision Group, Lion's
club in Maryland, Maryland School for the Blind camp, Lion's club in Lincoln
and Brooklyn knitting group.
