I have 2 of the heavy duty, plastic, 4 drawers, from Walmart, and a few
bins, and a few drawers.  I want anower set of the drawers, in the lite
color, but have not seen them in the store!
They changed to an ugly gray, right after I got my two!

The bags can also go on a hanger, so you could hang these in a closet.  I
just hang them on over the door hooks.  I think each bag holds 6 pairs of
shoes, so 12 skeins of yarn will go in each bag.  I do have more than one or
partial skeins in a few of the compartments.  I still have to use plastic
boxes because there is too much yarn.

I hung my knitting looms on the wall so they are easy to find.  I was so
tired of digging through boxes and always finding what I needed on the very
bottom.

That is an interesting idea, but I have way to much yarn!
I use the hanging shoe organizer, for a few shoes at the bottem and some
extra small items like allergy  pills, brushes, tooth paste and role on!
Items I buy extra of!
I do not have enough doors to use that idea!

I make a braille label with the color and the type of fiber.  If there are
special washing instructions I braille that too.

I have a lot of my yarn stored in hanging shoe bags.  One kind of yarn can
fit where a shoe goes.  I have these hanging on the doors in my craft room.
I still have some yarn in plastic boxes because there is too much of it.
