[NFB-NM] calling for recipes for next Que Pasa

Hello All,

 

We will be sending out the next Que Pasa in January, and at the moment, I
have no recipes for this issue. I think it would be sad to have a Que Pasa
without at least one recipe, so if you'd like to submit one, please email it
