[NFB-Science] student with visual impairment accessible software to Fusion 360

Hello all, 

I have a student with visual impairment who is taking an engineering course.
The student is a screen reader user and the class is using a program called
Fusion 360 which is a program where the student is supposed to create a 3-d
drawing and produce it using a 3-d printer. 

The student understands and is able to do the pre-planning but is unable to
use the software. Has anyone come across this and have any workarounds? This
program is not accessible with JAWS.
