Hello Linda, Welcome, so nice to see a message as I thought I must have unsubscribed myself somehow as I haven't seen many posts or maybe I've just missed them. It's really great to hear you are out and about using the cane. I'm not sure where that is exactly in the U.S you have mentioned you live, I'm in Australia. Do you do craft of any kind, what sort of interests do you have? I enjoy cooking, craft, listening to books and I've started learning conversational Italian. I have five grandchildren, life is often busy.
Looking forward to your post and posts from others. Cheers. Valerie

Hi everyone! My name is Linda, and I’m from Il. I lost my sight 10 years ago, and have learned some things with coping with Blindness. I met a Blind girl from my Church, who has helped me to gain confidence to walk outside with my cane, after some mobility training, and other things! She’s been a God sent. I’m in my mid 50’s, and just wanted to learn some things from the Senior list! Sincerely, Linda
