Coming soon to an Orlando, Florida near you! It’s the 75th annual convention of the National Federation of the Blind!

This is the largest gathering of blind people and friends in the country. A part of the convention will be the annual meeting of the NFB Senior Division—all are welcome.

Our not-so-silent auction has become a tradition before and during our meeting. It works like this:

First, we are looking for donations to auction. In particular, we want gift cards to national chains and baked goods. If you intend to make a donation please e-mail

Beginning at 1 p.m. you can peruse our offerings and make bids. When the meeting is called to order at 2 p.m. we will announce some winners; other items will be carried over to a live auction during the meeting.

All proceeds benefit the Senior Division.
