Thanks for the response.
Of course I suggested that they can give me the contract as a text file. I also said that eventually my brother or someone else could read it off to me, but they didn't change their minds.
This jump is my birthday present. It has already been purchased, so in order not to lose money I will give the power of attorney to my brother, although I don't like it very much.
