Anything that will help in reducing duplicate e-mails being sent is a good
idea.

I sent this message to the nfb-moderators list -- people who moderate
or watch various lists on nfbnet.org. I would appreciate any
feedback from anyone on the nfb-web and nfbnet-webmasters
lists. While you don't necessarily moderate any lists here, you are
hopefully more cyber-sophisticated than the average bear -- did I
just invent a word?(smile.).

I think this is a good idea. I would not mind being on this list. We could
let folks know that they will be subscribed to this list when they sign on
to one of our lists and be taken off when they unsubscribe to all of our
lists that they are on.

Thanks,
Jeremiah

Hello,

This seems reasonable to me. I was thinking iddley about implementing
something on my side to get rid of duplicate mail.

I would offer the suggestion that if you handle this by having a backround
process query a database to generate the master list you could remove
duplicates and send only to specific groups. I don't think this would be
terribly hard to implement in shell or perl with text files for each email
list or with mysql.

Hina,

The status of your current site will help us tell you what software to use.

Are you starting a website from scratch or trying to edit somethng
that already exists?

If this is a existing website can it currently be edited via a website
by filling out online forms?

Are you fairly familar with HTML and just have a question or are you
looking to pay someone to help you?

Is the site you are working on NFB related website?

It isn't mall call, but I would think that anything which is important to
the NFB should be sent to anyone taking advantage of an NFB listserv. I
think members will appreciate it and nonmembers will at least have the
opportunity to be informed whether it is about our coin or some legislative
proposal.
