[Nfb-web] Converting to a Wordpress theme

Hello all,

I am not a webmaster, however, I have been appointed to make our local
chapter website. I am only familiar with Wordpress.  I need some help.

My son has created a template in Dreamweaver and I need to convert it
to a Wordpress theme.  He has told me that he does not know how to do
this.

I am asking for any assistance from those of you in the know.  Have
mercy on me, I am not a geek.
