areas. This is not your typical ab grinding butt boosting class. This class
is designed specifically for people that have "bulky problem abs and butt"
with years of no success! If you have or experience a hernia, incontinence,
irritable bowel, constipation, lower back pain, abdominal pain, poor sleep,

Angel Eyes Kickboxing

This medium to high-intensity workout set to music that will get you PUMPED
challenges the beginner and elite athletes alike. Build stamina, improve
coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle
with this fun and challenging workout


Saturday, May 7

Angel Eyes Flex and Stretch

Soft, soothing music accompanies deep muscle stretching while seated in a
chair (or on the floor) to improve flexibility and movement and prevent
injury. Optional Tools: 1-2 lbs and 2-3 lbs set of small hand weights,
medium and light resistance bands, and a chair. 1 hour
