[NFBAZ-EastValleyChapter] Update on Justin Hughes

Hello everyone, Tina and I spoke to Justin this evening, and he is 
recovering slowly. He has a nurse who comes in three times a week, and 
this evening, he seamed to be more confused and he could sort of carry 
on a conversation. Since it was later in the evening, we think he was 
more tired than normal.
