[Nfbc-info] Scramble Pedestrian Intersections?

This is a bad thing because people who have received mobility training and 
use a cane use the oncoming traffic as a means of maintaining proper 
direction and making sure that they maintain a straight line. Many blind 
people need the audio clues of maintaining direction unless they want to 
ctross an intersection ata 45dg angle or if they are not paying attention 
continuing down the middle of the street on the other side.
