[Nfbc-info] Scramble Pedestrian Intersections?

Actually, there have been times when there was no traffic that I 
deliberately crossed intersections diagonally. On one occasion I was naughty 
and did it to make sure that an oncoming bus that I wanted to board would 
wait for me. It was a driver that I knew and it worked.
