[Nfbc-info] another computer issue

Hello all. This is your worst nightmear again. It seems I have another tech issue. 

My daughter’s teacher sent me an email with an adobe attachment. When I try to open it, JAWS says “empty document.” I was told by my friend, Mike I might have to install software for $100.00 to fix this. Is there another fix for this issue? 

Sorry for all of these tech problems I keep having.
