[Nfbc-info] Nfbc-info Digest, Vol 128, Issue 14

Good morning everyone:

I am responding to the digest issued two days ago at about 4 in the morning.
I was waiting to see whether conditions improved, and that there was still some possibility of resuming the search for Mike May's son, Carson. As nothing seems to have changed since the suspension of the search Tuesday night, I think the inevitable has unfortunately happened.

Therefore, my prayers go out to the May family during this very difficult period in their lives.

Whether the news is pleasant or not, I always read these digests loyally. I get a lot of interesting information from them. This is the best way for us to circulate information with each other.

I can tell you for certain that housing programs receiving state and federal funding must provide a lawful accommodation the problem is a lot of places don't know how to provide that accommodation there is a large foundation in San Diego where I live it is owned by private investors. I have contacted the city of San Diego AVA Cordinator to find out if this particular foundation has mandates under the ADA to provide paperwork and alternative format it sort of seems like a no-brainer, doesn't it?

On your end this may mean doing some homework to find out what you need it does not mean that you have to be the expert and how to do the formatting.
