[Nfbc-info] Unable to Sign - the Obama Administration to Upload The Regs

Good Morning All:

 

As of today, January 23 2016, I am also having difficulty signing the
petition.

 

I have the latest version of JAWS etc.

 

Any ideas as to how others can sign this petition? I believe many would sign
but are frustrated by not being able to do so.

 

For myself, I will acquire sighted assistance.
