I take a lot of pride of suggesting to people about the importance of going to training! I think that the skills that are taught are outstanding but their are some issues that need to be addressed, and in my personal opinion i can’t continue to advocate to others about training until some serious reform and restructureing is done! That doesn’t mean that i hate the centers or anything like that!

Warm Regards,

This instructor that taught at the step program 1/2 should have been fired, and 2/2 in my personal opinion he should get time for what he did.

I challenge our national president and the national board of directors and the rest of us to continue to find solutions so we can put a end to this! Yes we are different and we all come from diverse backgrounds, and cultures! At the same time Tim, and all we want the same thing! We as the National Federation of the blind need to address these issues and not sweep them under the rug!
