	hello fellow NFB of California members.  As part of our agenda at this coming meeting on
Saturday, we will be discussing the case of Payan VS LACCD that's currently going on in various
courts.  This case, if it proceeds, and even if it doesn't, has implications for blind folks
with respoect to the ADA, Section 504 and a host of other related standards, regulations and
practices we've come to expect regarding nonvisual access.  Our own state president, Tim Elder,
will provide an introduction to the case and will help us open the discussion.

	So, if you have questions about what this case is and why you should care about it, come
join us this Saturday at 3PM and become informed.  Zoom details are posted below.
