[nfbcs] Network info inconsistency

Tracy,

I can see that my last note may not have addressed your issue, although I think that it may cover the issue of having a 
good connection but no connectivity.  However, do you have other machines on your network with normal 
connectivity?  Have you checked all of your computers to see what IP addresses have been assigned?  I am still 
thinking you may have an IP address conflict.  If a static IP address is assigned within the DHCP range, you could have 
a problem, for example.
