I would encourage you to contact DropBox via the Twitter Dropbox support account @dropbox_support and describe the accessibility issues, and use the hashtag #accessibility. This account is quite active and provides a direct line to support. They will converse with you so you can establish a two way conversation on the subject almost immediately. This can help escalate the ticket.
Did you open a support ticket under your dropbox account?, or send a general contact comment via the web site?
I have found it helpful to open a support ticket and specifically mention accessibility issues.
