I take exactly the opposite approach, although your reason for
disclosing does sound interesting. I tend to do quite well in
interviews, so I never ever ever disclose.
It occurs to me, however, that disclosing (or not) becomes less and
less meaningful as more employers start Googling applicants before the
first interview.
