[nfbcs] Help Scheduling a Lync Meeting

Is this the same window you get to if you simply tap control, shift, cue from the inbox of Outlook? Combining both steps two and three outlined below?

Thanks for the F6 Keystroke, I always forget about it to jump back-and-forth between tool bar.
