[NFBCS] Terminal emulation

I have set both the regular cursor and the insert cursor to blink and
"vertical bar", which works well until I start typing.  I am over-typing
something in TSO edit, not inserting.
I used the Optacon to look at the cursor shape, and it changed in
Hummingbird in Windows 10, but not in Windows 7.  Windows 7 has other
problems.

I'll keep poking at it this week as I have time.  If I can't get it to
work, I'll talk to the boss about alternative software.
