[NFBCS] 3270 emulation success

Hi:

Setting up a Wikki isn't necessarily hard -- feeding it is
harder. This list does have an archive, but unfortunately it isn't
necessarily easy to search. Between cPanel, and Mailman, they make
setting up a search on the site difficult.

You can search using Google, or another search engine, just add NFBCS
and nfbnet.org to your search terms.

We could set up separate lists, although there are a couple other
lists on nfbnet.org that take technical questions. That is a big
reason why gui-talk was set up years ago. Its use has changed though.

I will, of course do what the division wants.
