[NFBCS] Help! I broke my laptop

It doesn't sound like anything you did.  Sometimes the system has a 
hiccup as I call it and tries to recover from a bad crash and can't.  If 
you can't reboot properly and are getting these options your hard drive 
got messed up.  No, it isn't the registry.
