[NFBCS] Board Approval

Hello again everyone,

I managed a number of NFB Websites in the late 1000s. In every case approval
for putting up each website had to come from a state or national president
with their respective board's approval. National may have bigger fish to fry
but the division board would need to approve of creating its Web presence
before these resources can be built. I'm speaking from my own experience
concerning this matter. All the best.

I really don't think that's how it works.  A division I'm part of in Jersey
has regular events.  The state president is aware of the events, and I
suppose he could say No if he thought something was totally cockamamie, but
I'm sure National has much bigger fish to fry.
A national division like NFBCS might have different rules regarding
something like a website, though.  I suppose National would want to know of
its existence, but why wouldn't they approve?
