[NFBCS] Disappearing Desktop--Please Help!

I installed Microsoft Teams last night and am now having a problem with my 
desktop. Unfortunately, all of my shortcuts have disappeared. I know the 
programs are still there. I've heard that Windows 10 has multiple desktops 
and was wondering if my original desktop is there with all of my 
shortcuts. If so, how can I jump from desktop to desktop? Any and all 
help is extremely appreciated.
