Louis ,

Is it possible to ask the author to send it in another format?

Nope, I tried contacting my school administration regarding this issue
but they say publisher won't provide its source code because proprietary
code used in their files and these are very old books so they've lost
track of converting these files into other formats such as "epub" or
"HTML" meanwhile I also tried InftyReader but I feel there is lag and
somebody have to invest to correct these files using InftyLayoutViewer
so no go and course instructors continue to insist on only using these
books for extensive learning so this is all stagnating

Thank you

Sanchit
